Tasks

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic infrastructure and cyber security initiatives
  • Manage the evaluation and selection process for a cloud-based WAAP solution
  • Coordinate and oversee the migration PoC from appliance-based WAF infrastructure to a Kubernetes-based deployment model
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, application, and business stakeholders
  • Manage external vendors, service providers, and implementation partners
  • Prepare management reports, steering committee presentations, and decision papers
  • Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, quality, budget, and timeline objectives
  • Support strategic decision-making regarding the future web application security platform

Requirements
  • Proven experience leading complex IT infrastructure, cloud, and cyber security projects within large enterprise environments
  • Strong project management expertise covering planning,execution, governance, and delivery management
  • Experience managing technology assessments, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and implementation programmes
    Solid understanding of web application security technologies
  • Experience with Web Application Firewalls (WAF), API Security, and cloud-native security solutions
  • Familiarity with container platforms and Kubernetes-based architectures
  • Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing workstream dependencies
  • Proven vendor and service provider management experience
  • Experience preparing executive management reports and steering committee materials
  • Strong capabilities in risk, issue, budget, and timeline management
  • Professional project management certification such as PMP,
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner, IPMA Level C/B, or equivalent practical experience
