Senior IT Project Manager - Pricing (A)

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Pricing-related workstreams, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives
• Define, maintain, and monitor integrated project plans, milestones, and dependencies
• Coordinate activities across distributed development and support teams
• Organise and chair delivery meetings, status reviews, and steering committee sessions
• Implement and manage risk and issue management processes, including escalation handling
• Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and financial overviews to governance bodies and senior leadership
• Coordinate cross-domain integration efforts, particularly data flows, API contracts, and shared components impacting pricing calculations and simulations
• Facilitate change control processes and conduct impact assessments for scope or technical deviations
• Support business acceptance testing and transition-to-operations activities
• Supervise iterative development cycles executed by agile teams
• Ensure compliance with release goals, architectural guidelines, and governance standards
• Maintain traceability from business requirements through to delivered features, especially in cost modelling and simulation logic

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior IT Project Manager
• Proven experience within IT and software development environments
• Mandatory experience in classic project and program leadership
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies
• Ability to operate at both tactical (team-level) and strategic (programme-level) layers
• Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
• Banking experience preferred, particularly in Pricing and Revenue
• Readiness and motivation to learn about Pricing solutions
• Strong English communication skills; German is a plus
