Tasks
- Ensure stable applications and services, including incident and problem management, for Financial Information Services (Financial Information Sheet FIS) covering Bloomberg, LSEG, Reuters, MarketMap, and FIS Global
- Manage day to day IT service operations according to agreed SLAs and OLAs
- Monitor and analyse IT services, identify improvement opportunities, and implement efficiency and quality enhancements
- Conduct business analysis, create solution designs, and support development, testing, and implementation of fixes (Run the Bank) and changes (Change the Bank), together with vendors or software providers
- Install and configure hardware and software and ensure proper application lifecycle management
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Senior IT Service Owner or Application Responsible
- Solid understanding of IT governance, budgeting, resource planning, and strategic risk management
- Experience performing or approving analysis and design prior to development
- Ability to lead or contribute to development, testing, and deployment activities following standards and best practices
- Hands-on experience with Unix and Windows Server environments
- Knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server
- Proficiency in application support and lifecycle processes
- Advocate for and experienced with agile methodologies and tools

- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
- Effective stakeholder management and negotiation skills across diverse groups
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
