Testing Manager / Business Analyst (A)

Tasks

• Define comprehensive test strategies and manage end-to-end testing activities
• Coordinate and execute test planning, sprint reviews, demos, and acceptance testing
• Translate complex compliance and regulatory requirements into actionable test scenarios
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and developers to ensure alignment
• Validate data models and reporting outputs using SQL and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Support full reporting lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement
• Ensure harmonized definitions, data consistency, and cross-location coordination for compliance metrics

Requirements

• Completed education or completed degree
• 3–5 years of experience as a Test Manager and Business Analyst, ideally in the financial or banking sector
• Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives (AML, KYC, Financial Crime, Risk)
• Extensive hands-on experience with Jira for test case management, defect tracking, and Agile delivery
• Proven involvement across the full reporting lifecycle (requirements - deployment)
• Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of relational databases, ideally Oracle DB
• Experience validating dashboards or reports via tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience in data-intensive or analytics-focused environments
• Required language skills: English (C1/C2)
