Dynatrace Engineer (A)

Tasks

• Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Dynatrace monitoring solutions across complex multi-cloud and hybrid environments
• Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and synthetic monitors to ensure end-to-end observability
• Conduct deep-dive performance analysis and root cause investigations to improve application reliability and user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, Application teams) to implement best practices for observability and monitoring architecture
• Support and guide teams in monitoring strategy, telemetry interpretation, and performance tuning

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience with Dynatrace
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, container platforms (Kubernetes), and cloud services (Azure)
• Expertise in application performance analysis (Java, .NET, Node.js, etc.) and interpreting observability telemetry (traces, logs, metrics)
• Experience in designing monitoring architectures and establishing best practices for SRE/DevOps teams
• Dynatrace Platform Professional certification
• Relevant courses or experience in distributed systems, cloud observability, and performance monitoring

• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving requirements
