Tasks:

Build, coordinate and run our client's presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, by using the capabilities of these platforms
Supervise, plan and deliver content across platforms using scheduling tool (Hootsuite)
Keep up to date on trends, tools, applications and new technologies in the social media space
Cultivate relationships and networks with partners within and outside of Group Communications
Use analytics data to further develop content
Community management

Requirements:

Demonstrated ability in social media management and creative development; experience in a creative, dynamic and digital environment
Understanding data and KPIs, and how to build strong metrics for organic engagement, growth, and reach
A degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a similar degree program
A strong understanding of social media channels, landscape and latest developments
A detailed understanding of the algorithms, analytics, and the lifecycle of a social media post
Strong storytelling, writing and editing skills with experience in content creation for digital formats
Attention to detail, creative problem-solving and good time-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be very organized
Outstanding influencing and networking capabilities
Strong team mentality
Proficient in English, Other European language(s) desirable
