Business Analyst / Project Coordinator (A)

Tasks

• Support in the migration of so-called legacy Business Reports from legacy to target capabilities around the future Core Banking System and system architecture
• Support the implementation of a dataquery-capability (“user self-service”) within Global Operations based on the future Core Banking System and system architecture
• Support the decommissioning of MS Access based and HOST related business applications while ensuring future process and service capabilities

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management and transformation initiatives
• Focus on process re-engineering initiatives and data-driven capability implementations
• Demonstrable knowledge of business analysis, data analysis and project management skills 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint; experience in Project Management organization is beneficial
• Fluency in English (written and certificates /exams spoken); German on “working level” is beneficial

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and operational excellence 
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and meet time-sensitive deliverables under pressure.
