Procurement Data Manager / Analyst (A)

Tasks

• Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of procurement data standards, governance frameworks, and quality controls
• Assist in defining and maintaining master data structures and governance within SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba, particularly for Business Partner master data
• Standardize procurement data collection processes across supplier, engagement, and commercial data
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across procurement master data and transactional objects, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and related commercial data
• Support the implementation of data ownership, stewardship principles, and governance processes across interconnected systems
• Contribute to the planning, implementation, and maintenance of addressable spend reporting and procurement analytics
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, TPRM, and Outsourcing to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with business requirements
• Support data migration, validation, documentation, and continuous process improvement activities within the procurement transformation program

• Degree in Information Management, Business Informatics, Data Science, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in procurement data management, master data governance, and data quality management
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Ariba, including procurement master data structures and commercial data objects
• Strong understanding of data modelling, data governance, metadata management, and system integrations
• Experience implementing data standards, governance frameworks, and quality controls
• Knowledge of procurement reporting, spend analytics, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience working in regulated industries, preferably within financial services
• Relevant certifications such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, DAMA/CDMP, or comparable qualifications are an advantage
• Fluent English is required; German is considered a plus
