Tasks
  • Pricing Tool Design & Development: Lead the replacement of an outdated pricing process tool with a cutting-edge re-pricing solution that is innovative, business-driven, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • Requirement Engineering: Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements to guide development teams.
  • Solution Quality Assurance: Own the functional testing and validation process to ensure the tool meets business expectations and delivers measurable value.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Evaluate data suitability for feature development, analyze business processes, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Strategic Communication & Planning: Align senior management and stakeholders through impactful presentations and materials to finalize specifications.
  • Project Lead / Product Owner: Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove obstacles, and drive team efficiency for continuous delivery of incremental value.
  • Team Management: Lead business team members and on-site/remote developers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and shared ownership.
  • Business-Technology Liaison: Ensure seamless communication and alignment between business stakeholders and development teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Management Consulting, with a focus on pricing, tool development, transformation, and implementation projects
  • Solid understanding of core banking systems, including experience with HOST / T24
  • Deep knowledge of pricing in the banking sector
  • Strong interest in product design and digital solution delivery
  • Proven ability to collaborate across technical and business functions
  • Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with ownership of project delivery and content creation
  • Analytical and solution-oriented with strong technical curiosity
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work onsite in Zurich
