Tasks
- Establish an IT-wide Design Authority Board to ensure technical integrity and compliance with architectural principles and IT standards
- Design and implement a lean Governance Assessmentprocess integrated into the software lifecycle, ideally leveraging AI for automation and speed. This process should ensure alignment with internal policies and strategic goals (e.g., business capabilities, third-party management, data protection, strategic platforms)
- Review and refine existing architectural principles and IT standards based on the IT strategy, ensuring compliance and risk management
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years (Senior) or 4 years (Mid-Level) of professional experience in IT governance, architecture, or related areas
- Proven experience with strategic platforms, data governance, third-party management, and business capability alignment
- Strong conceptual skills in designing and implementing governance processes, ideally with AI integration
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical thinking and conceptual strength
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style
